 Question: Do you ship to all 50 states?
 Answer: YES. We ship nationwide. Most products have a low flat fee for shipping. Heavier items require specific shipping charges. All shipping charges are posted and calculated in before checkout. Additional charges apply for shipping to Hawaii and Alaska.

 Question: I heard there is a referral program what are the details?
 Answer: YES! When you register with Legacy Home Medical you are given a customer ID#. Write this down. When you refer people to us and they register have them put your customer ID# in the referral field. When you have five people who make purchases Legacy Home Medical will send you a free gift. (valued at $25)

 Question: What do I do if I don't get my order?
 Answer: CALL US. Legacy ships all packages with a delivery confirmation. We can track the location of your package and make sure it gets to you. Customer service is our highest priority so if you aren't satisfied we will fix it right away.

 Question: What if I can't find the item I want on your site?
 Answer: Give us a call! Legacy has relationships with multiple manufacturers and can usually find what you are looking for. Let us help you find that hard to locate item.

 Question: What is your return policy?
 Answer: Items may be returned within 15 business days. A full refund will be given for product that is unopened in its original packaging. Call our customer service department toll free at 1-888-840-5162 if you are unsatisfied or need to return something

 Question: What is your shipping policy?
 Answer: We ship Fed ex and USPS. Orders usually arive within 7 to 10 business days depending on current stock.

 Question: What is your warranty policy?
 Answer: All warranties are held solely by the manufacture that offers the warranty. All items that carry warranties will be held to the standards set forth by the manufacture and will be honored by Legacy Home Medical

 Question: Will insurance cover all of the items you provide?
 Answer: Insurance will cover a lot of the items we provide but not all. Legacy Home Medical has insurance experts that will help you with your insurance questions and guide you through the claim process. If an item is covered through insurance we will do all the paperwork for you!
